Every slab of marble, quartz, and natural stone undergoes meticulous care by our skilled craftsmen. From the initial cut to the final polish, we apply decades of craftsmanship to transform raw materials into striking worktops tailored for your spaces.
Our factories are far more than just workshops. Inside, state-of-the-art machinery delivers unrivalled precision, while our highly skilled team applies time-honoured hand-finishing techniques to bring out the natural beauty of each material. The result is a flawless finish on every surface, seamless edges, and perfectly aligned joints — a standard of quality that sets Bellagio Marble Ideas apart.

At Bellagio Marble Ideas we continually invest in state of the art machinery to produce finishes with total precision.
When your project has been templated, the files are transferred for fabrication on-site at one of our specialist facilities. This allows us to proceed with complete control over the process and quality.
Once machined, our experienced team of stonemasons hand-finish each piece of stone before sending it for a final, pre-flight check.
Then it’s lovingly packed and safely despatched for fitting, pride of place in its new home. Your home.
There’s nowhere we can’t go. Bellagio Marble Ideas have been accredited the below H&S certificates, allowing us to operate on all major commercial sites and projects.

01. Worksurface template
All the worksurfaces produced at Bellagio Marble Ideas are fabricated fully bespoke. No two worktops are ever the same, so the production process always begins by taking a full, digital template. Using the latest laser measuring technology, our skilled template team, will attend site to produce a digital CAD template of the surfaces required. All design details will be discussed with the customer or on-site representative, to ensure all design requirements have been included and confirmed.
02. Production planning
Once the templates are completed, our in-house team will get to work ensuring all final details are confirmed with the customer. This ensures any alterations against the quoted specification are confirmed prior to beginning production. The Production Planning department will finish by ensuring our factory team have all the required digital CAD programmes, to accurately produce the full worksurface order.
03. Inspection of the stone slabs
A comprehensive visual check is always carried out to each stone slab prior to machining. With quartz and sintered slabs, we will be looking for any scratches or faults from the manufacturing process, whilst a natural stone may have certain characteristics such as black spots, pits, or phishers. Where possible these areas will be marked and cut around, remembering that these are naturally occurring features of the stone and will often feature throughout the full slab.

04. Setting out
After the slab is thoroughly inspected, it’s time to decide on the template placement. The finalised digital template drawings will be overlaid on an image of the slab, factoring in any veining and patterning to best suit the kitchen design, whilst maximising yield to avoid unnecessary waste.
05. Cutting the stone
The next phase is to cut the stone to fit your template. This is done using the very latest CNC saw and waterjet machinery, ensuring an exceptional level of accuracy at all times.
06. Fabricating the stone
Once all the worktops have been cut to their finished sizes, they move through to our automated edge polishing machines. These polish and profile all visible edges to the very best standards, at far quicker speeds and accuracy than undertaking this by hand.
Any worktops requiring cut outs for sinks hobs and waterfall style profiles will be handled by our latest generation CNC machines. These are programmed to cut, profile and polish all edges/cut outs to precise dimensions, ensuring a perfect fit and finish every time.
These machines can work on multiple pieces of stone at any one time, to maximise efficiency and minimise machine down time.
07. Stone polishing
The final fabrication stage involves our skilled stonemasons. All worktops receive a final inspection from the team, ensuring all intricate details, that machines cannot replicate, are completed and the worktop is fully inspected for quality and accuracy.
08. Sealing the stone
It is vital to seal all natural stone before installing. This will be applied in several layers on completion the production process, to ensure the stone performs to the very highest standards in our customers’ homes. Bellagio Marble Ideas have partnered with Dry Treat sealers to offer a 25-year guarantee against staining to our complete natural stone range. Quartz and Sintered surfaces are non-porous, so do not require this application.
09. Installation
The final phase in the process is the installation of the stone surfaces. Our skilled fitting teams will begin by unloading all worktops into position. Once level, seam setting equipment will be used, along with high-quality, colour matched resins to complete the joints, ensuring a solid and smooth transition between all worktops. Once dried this will set extremely hard and is designed to last many years.
All undermounted sinks will be siliconed to the stone, ensuring a waterproof seal is achieved. To further enhance this, specialist stone clips are used to hold the sink in place, safeguarding against it coming away from the stone over time.
Once all the worktops are fitted, all remining upstands and wall cladding will be installed and finished with a colour matched silicone to seal between all joints.
All installations will be left with a comprehensive care guide, warranty information and feedback from, along with and complimentary surface cleaner.
