We work hard to make our prices competitive and our products as accessible as possible.
And we think specifying a high-quality stone surface represents a far better investment than cheaper alternatives which may not pass the test of time.
In order to avoid the false economy of a poor quality surface, lots of our customers prefer to pay for their project in instalments rather than with one up-front transaction.
If you would like more information about our financing options, please get in touch to find out more.
Prices start from as little as a cup of coffee a day.
How are quartz worktops fitted?
Once all the worktops have been cut to their finished sizes, they move through to our automated edge polishing machines. These polish and profile all visible edges to the very best standards, at far quicker speeds and accuracy than undertaking this by hand.
Any worktops requiring cut outs for sinks hobs and waterfall style profiles will be handled by our latest generation CNC machines. These are programmed to cut, profile and polish all edges/cut outs to precise dimensions, ensuring a perfect fit and finish every time.
These machines can work on multiple pieces of stone at any one time, to maximise efficiency and minimise machine down time.
Can I place hot pans directly on a quartz worktop?
It’s best to use trivets or heat pads. While quartz is fairly heat resistant, sudden or prolonged exposure to high heat (e.g. straight from a pan) can damage the resin component.
Do Italian quartz worktops require sealing or special maintenance?
No, they do not need sealing. Because they’re non-porous, Italian quartz resists stains and bacterial growth. For cleaning, a soft cloth with warm soapy water is all you need. Avoid harsh abrasives or very acidic cleaners.
How long will a quartz worktop last?
With proper care, an quartz worktop can last for many years—even decades. It doesn’t degrade like natural stone might under staining or moisture, and its durability makes it ideal for kitchens and bathrooms.
What is quartz and how is an Italian quartz worktop made?
Italian quartz is an engineered stone made mostly of natural quartz crystals combined with resin and pigments. The mixture is moulded into slabs, then cured under heat and pressure to give a hard-wearing, non-porous surface.
